For those in the southwestern U.S.—and those able to travel—we wanted to let you know about a great opportunity to learn more about the kind of work we do in La Limonada and to connect with like minded people who are doing great work in broken and beautiful contexts all over the world.
The second International Wholistic Missions Conference is being held April 30 – May 2, 2014 at Christ’s Church of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona. The conference will feature dynamic speakers from a variety of organizations doing wholistic development work around the world, exhibitors like Food for the Hungry, World Relief, and The Chalmers Center, as well as more than 60 workshops on specialized topics.
As part of the workshop track on church mobilization, our very own Tim Høiland will be speaking on “Mobilization That Sticks.” He will be sharing tips for involving people in an organization’s mission in a faithful, compelling and sustainable way, based on the experiences and expertise represented on the Lemonade International team.
